Who is the course for?
These qualifications are for current or aspiring team leaders and supervisors, making them ideal for those beginning their management careers.
The ILM Level 2 certificate is a more comprehensive course, but DLC also offers the shorter ILM Level 2 Award.

You don’t need any existing qualifications to undertake this course.
Course content
The course covers a wide range of topics, to help you certify your skills and establish your position as a leader. To successfully achieve the ILM Level 2 Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills, you will need to complete a minimum of 13 credits.
