The Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) Scheme, offered through the Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Services (ELCAS), provides funding for current and former armed forces personnel.

The scheme provides funding in three separate financial years for nationally recognised qualifications at Level 3 or above.
