We want to exceed this level of growth, and to do that, we need to employ an experienced and AAT Level 4 qualified accountant , or suitably qualified graduate, to join our existing team.

The candidate will ideally have come from an accountancy background with management experience included in this to allow them to pass on their skills and knowledge.

We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who has a strong customer focus and passion with an outstanding track record in their field.

Your Role

Based at our offices near Durham, your normal working hours would be 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-3pm Friday. Flexibility is a must in this role, in terms of your commitment and ability to support current and future clients. There will be times we need your support to work extra hours in order for us all to achieve our goals.

This role focuses on supporting students in achieving their qualifications through calls, emails and assessment of learners’ studies.

You will support the AAT qualification in terms of delivery and development of the courses and materials.

The successful candidate will also support other areas of the business in terms of the sales and mentor teams, the marketing team and quality assurance.

You will be a highly self-motivated, proactive individual who possesses the experience and qualifications needed to achieve this role. You need to be a strong team player, willing to support all areas of the business, ultimately providing students with the excellence, experience and achievement of their qualification that they expect from DLC Training.

The candidate will ideally need to hold:

  • AAT Level 4
  • Management qualifications
