Enhanced Learning Credits With DLC Training
NetworkThreeSixty LTD (trading as DLC Training), is an approved ELCs provider, with a wide array of courses available to suit different roles at a range of levels.
What is ELCAS?
Enhanced learning credits ELC is a funding scheme available to members of the armed forces in order to promote lifelong learning. It’s a fantastic opportunity for those with a military background to enhance their skills and position themselves for career development opportunities within the military or as a civilian. The scheme provides funding in three separate financial years for nationally recognised qualifications at Level 3 or above. The amount of funding you will be eligible for depends on your years of service and may be as much as £2000.00.
Who Can Apply?
ELCs are available to current personnel and service leavers across every branch of the armed forces, including the Royal Navy, the Army and the Royal Air Force. If you are a service leaver, you need to claim your ELCs within 5 years of leaving the service (if you left on or after 1st April 2016) or within 10 years of leaving the service (if you left before 1st April 2016).

Important Information
- Where membership is included as an additional fee it is mandatory to the course. Renewals must be organised directly with the institute.
- Support time is based on 2-3 hours of study per week, any additional time commitment to learning will enable quicker completion of the course.
- If additional support time is required, support extension packages can be purchased via the Learning Support Team.
