Amazon Career Choice Programme

This month DLC Training were invited to speak with Amazon associates about their professional development, and how DLC Training can provide them with a suitable training programme to elevate their careers.

Our team were able to get an insight into the fast paced, employee-focused world of Amazon – and it’s clear to see the dedication and passion they have for supporting their employees through their career development.

We discussed aims, ambitions, and job opportunities within the industry with individuals as they were taking time out in their well-equipped break-out rooms. Being able to easily identify how our Logistics and Training programmes would greatly benefit them. We also took the time to update the HR and Training Professionals at Amazon, explaining the benefits of the support we are able to provide associates through our flexible study route.
