Celebrating the Champions of British Business

We’re excited to announce that DLC Training has been announced as a finalist in the SME Category of the British Champion Awards 2023.

The ScoreApp SME of the Year Award represents small-medium businesses that have continued to succeed in uncertain times. It’s safe to say businesses have had a lot to deal with in recent years, from Brexit to the global pandemic and its economic implications. It will take many months and even years for businesses to recover. 

This Award specifically focuses on SMEs as opposed to larger enterprises. When a major event occurs, larger organisations with more resources don’t encounter the same level of risk as smaller businesses. When a small business faces any kind of uncertainty, the impact could be disastrous. This is why the award celebrates the work of smaller business. Not only have SMEs had to deal with a lot of challenges and market disruption, but they have arguably worked harder to continue serving their customers to the same standard.

The Business Champion Awards received over 800 applications across all the award categories. DLC Training were initially shortlisted to the top 140, and then selected to be one of the 10 finalists in this competitive category.

The Awards night will take place Wednesday 22nd March at the East Wintergarden, Canary Wharf, London. Key members of the DLC Training team will be at the dinner to celebrate with all the finalists, whatever the result the team and our learners are all winners thanks to our continued drive to provide exceptional service, resulting in the success of our learners
