Employee relations organisation, the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas), has launched a free online resource aimed at improving the skills of UK managers dealing with change in organisations.
The report recommends managers give staff adequate training opportunities so they can do their job effectively and includes a “five-a-day” programme of practical tips to boost employee well-being.
Top tips for better management brings guidance and practical resources together from Acas, the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Health and Safety Executive, and Affinity Health at Work.
